These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GetJobNow website at getjobnow.uk (“the Service”), operated by GetJobNow (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

GetJobNow is an AI-powered job search tool. You pay a one-off fee of £4.99 for a credit pack of 30 searches, valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Each search uses AI to scan publicly available job listings and returns a ranked shortlist with a plain-English summary.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to use the Service. By registering you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being misused.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. The fee of £4.99 is a one-time payment, not a subscription. You may purchase additional credit packs (top-ups) at any time; each top-up resets your 30-day validity period.

Because the Service delivers digital content that is consumed immediately upon use, we do not offer refunds for searches that have already been run. If you experience a technical fault that prevents a search from completing, please contact us and we will investigate and, at our discretion, restore the search credit.

5. What We Provide

Search results are generated by AI and are based on publicly available job listings at the time of the search. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing. Results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute career advice, recruitment services, or a recommendation.

6. What We Do Not Provide

• We do not apply to jobs on your behalf.
• We do not guarantee that any listed position is still open or that you will receive an interview or offer.
• We are not a recruitment agency and have no relationship with the employers whose listings appear in search results.

7. Account Expiry & Data Deletion

Your credit pack expires 30 days after purchase. Once expired, any unused searches are forfeited. After expiry, your account data (including search history, profile information, and associated records) will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy. You may purchase a new credit pack at any time before or after expiry to continue using the Service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or impair the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute search results in bulk for commercial purposes.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service beyond normal use.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on the Service are owned by GetJobNow or its licensors. Job listing data shown in search results is sourced from third-party sites and remains the property of those respective parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetJobNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control without prior notice.

12. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). We collect your email address and any profile information you provide to deliver search results. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. 13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by placing a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
